I was wondering my son is going to open up a pizza place should he use a gas or electric Bakers pride pizza oven.which would be the best?? thank you..

go with gas your operating cost will be a least 20% less a year.
I would ask whoever you get your electricity from and whoever you get your gas from. See what they say. Also, ask the pizza oven folks if they have any literature on this topic. That’s the best way to get what’s right for your son in his area. I know where I live gas is expensive compared to electricity. It’s cheaper to run your A/C is the summer (electric) that heat your house in the winter (gas).
